Shepherd offers commercial development land for sale in Ecclefechan, Lockerbie on behalf of The Scottish Ministers
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is offering commercial development land for sale in Ecclefechan, Lockerbie on behalf of The Scottish Ministers.
Ecclefechan is a commuter village within Dumfries and Galloway served by Lockerbie, Gretna and Annan. It is by-passed by the A74 motorway with Glasgow around 77 miles to the north and Carlisle 23 miles to the south.
The 28-acre greenfield site is situated to the north of the village, next to Junction 19 of the motorway, and is accessed from the southern side of the B7076, which runs parallel.
Previously used as grazing / grass producing fields, access to the site is provided directly from the B7076, which runs the length of the northern boundary.
Fraser Carson, surveyor in Shepherd’s Dumfries office, said: “The site is currently zoned within the Dumfries and Galloway Local Development Plan as being allocated for Business and Industry use. Given its proximity to the motorway and availability as a whole or in separate lots, we are expecting high levels of interest.”
Offers over £300,000 are invited for the whole, with offers invited on separate lots. Interested parties should contact the sole selling agent on 01387 264333.
For further information please contact Fraser Carson on 01387 264333.
