Joint agents Shepherd and Graham + Sibbald fully let Moray House in Inverness
Acting on behalf of landlord CWC Group, joint agents Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and Graham + Sibbald have succeeded in fully letting the whole building at Moray House in Inverness.
The last available suite extending to 720 sq ft on the ground floor of the building has been taken by Yellow Cherry Digital on five-year lease terms. The website designer now joins fellow tenants Digby Brown, Newcross Healthcare, Wipro, The Highlands & Western Isles Valuation Joint Board, Mott MacDonald, Provident Finance, 360 Architecture, Hays Specialist Recruitment and Erpass.
The 21,150 sq ft building, with five vacant suites, was purchased as a multi-let office investment by CWC Group in 2016. Moray House is centrally and prominently located on Bank Street fronting the River Ness in Inverness city centre within easy walking distance of the main shopping thoroughfares. The building comprises four floors providing modern refurbished office suites arranged around a central service core.
Linda Cameron, from the Inverness office of Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, said: “The recent success achieved in the full letting of this prominent building demonstrates that activity is picking up in the Inverness office market after a recent slow-down.”
Kenny McKenzie from Graham + Sibbald commented: “We are delighted to have secured a tenant for the last remaining vacant suite in Moray House and look forward to the opportunity to work with CWC Group on any future instructions.”
Gordon Arthur of CWC Group added: “We have enjoyed working with the leading local agents to fill the building. The Group’s Inverness office is actively seeking further development/investment opportunities in the region.”
