**Shameless Shaveless Shepherds burst through fundraising target **
The shameless team of shaveless surveyors from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and Hardies Property & Construction Consultants have succeeded in bursting through their ambitious charity fundraising target by growing moustaches throughout November, often known as Movember.
While hoping to raise £1000 – in the event the team managed to raise more than £2000.
The shameless shaveless team members were the permanently-moustachioed Dave Fenwick, who shaved his handlebar moustache over a two-week period prior to racing the rest of the team to restore his hairy caterpillar to its former glory, together with Stuart Dunne, Richard Blanski, Paul Findlay, Neil Moir, Adam Honeyman and Jack McGowan.
Fenwick, on behalf of Bosom Buds said: “A huge thank you to all the hirsute gents for their magnificent facial topiary and to everyone who contributed to a fantastic total. Bosom Buds of Scotland continues to provide support to cancer patients and their families through giving, like yours, all on a volunteer basis.”
Speaking on behalf of the team, Stuart Dunne said: “Thanks to the support of all clients, colleagues, family, friends and long-suffering spouses who supported us over the past month. We have been blown away with the support and are delighted to have been able to donate significant sums of money to both the Movember Foundation and Bosom Buds of Scotland. These funds will go a long way to help support those less fortunate than ourselves.”
