Umbrian Food and Wine Festival at Cookie Today
You are invited to the launch of an Umbrian Food and Wine Festival at Cookie 72 Nithsdale Road, Pollokshields, Glasgow on Friday 26th February at 12pm when Claudio Piccirilli and staff from his Umbrian agriturismo farm Piana delle Selve bring traditional Umbrian dishes to Glasgow for the first time and demonstrate how to prepare the perfect home-made pasta and gnocchi.
